An intimate Italian dining experience around the Kitchen counter at Emilia.
Pull up a stool at Emilia and watch an Italian feast come to life. This is for guests who love to see and ask about what we’re cooking and how. You’ll sit around the kitchen counter while Tom prepares an Italian lunch for you —snacks and a drink in hand—talking through recipes and cooking tips. Ask anything: from flour blends to perfect ragus, salads and desserts. Watch dough become pasta, and hear the stories behind the simple, big-flavoured dishes we cook. We’ll curate a small Italian wine list with wines by the glass and share stories of the winemakers behind them.
When everything’s ready, we’ll move to the big table and eat together.
