Our suppliers

When we moved to Devon, sourcing as locally as possible was a top priority. In London, our restaurants were fortunate to work with fantastic suppliers such as Natoora, whose quality and care set a high standard. But we rarely had the chance to know the growers and producers behind the ingredients.

Here in Devon, that connection is at the heart of what we do. One of the greatest pleasures of running a restaurant is building genuine relationships with the farmers, fishermen and growers who make our menus possible. We share in the realities of the seasons, the challenges of the land and the unpredictability of farming life — and we celebrate the rewards together. For us, it’s about honouring that hard work through thoughtful sourcing, respect for good farming practices, and simple, honest cooking that lets exceptional ingredients speak for themselves.
